Documentary short, directed and edited by Arthur Lipsett in 1963 for the National Film Board of Canada

Inca trepanations, bestiaries, the attempted sale of the Parque Lage land for the construction of a cemetery, and Pinscher and Yorkshire Terrier clubs are some of the events we witness here, in these three fictional projects for the historic mansion in the Botanical Garden: the Carioca Shangri-La, the Giza Necropolis, and Machu Picchu. The video was made in the context of the course Archive, Montage and Memory, developed from images from the collection of the Visual Arts School of Parque Lage, Memória Lage.

The film tells the life of Tito Pereyra since his childhood in a town of Tucuman (with an absent father) until the 1980 s in Buenos Aires, when democracy was restored. During that period he makes decisions that will change his life forever.It shows a human being with both bright and dark aspects, whose contrasts seem to determine his destiny.

A young man witnesses the assassination of his father and suffers an emotional shock. He then prepares himself for a bloody and terrible vengeance.

After witnessing the murder of her father, the little Mikoa flees the plantation where he works as a slave. Janson, master of the plantation, and his daughter Laura, found lost in the jungle and decide to present to the Father Braulio, a missionary who welcomes him like his son. The young native is raised and educated in the mission, becoming a good man in love with his childhood friend, however, still has much hatred for the person who killed his father, Charles, a cruel white overseer who now at the service of revolutionary blacks.

Ramiro meets Damián again after years without seeing each other. Damián always has some shady business going on. This time he wants to go in a search of a certain treasure hidden in an abandoned convent. Lara, Ramiro's girlfriend, doesn't trust Damián and decides to accompany them. What they don't know is that taking that thing from there could unleash a course that will haunt them forever, unless they return it just as they found it.
